TeamDynamix UI Update and AI Feature Implementation

On Saturday, July 19th, TeamDynamix will be updating the technician UI to its latest iteration. This is a vendor-provided action and will occur without any intervention from TAMU IT staff.

Once the UI has been updated, TDX admins will enable the technician AI features that are being made available.

The maintenance window for the UI update begins Midnight of 7/19/2025 and has a listed duration of 12 hours. The UI update for TAMU will not take this entire window and will likely take less than 30 minutes. During update, technician access to TeamDynamix may be interrupted.
